We collect your rents, pay your bills, send you a check based on the budget we help create for your property.
We provide you with monthly reports, reconcile your bank account and work with your tax professional at the end of the year to ensure proper reporting of your income and expenses.
We provide you with access to our collection attorneys so that your eviction costs are reduced.
Maintenance Only- $65
- /month
- We walk through your property at least once a week and report maintenance concerns to you and verify that other vendors are doing their jobs.
- We provide a staff member that is available 24 hours per day that can respond to and assess maintenance emergencies via our answering service and additional fees may apply.
- Work that is performed at the property is either performed by our personnel at a discounted rate or supervised by our personnel.
Full Service- $125

- Do you need someone to take out the trash? Do you need someone to unlock a door to let a vendor in? Let us know what you need done to help you with your properties and we can come up with a custom service for you.
All packages are billed on a per unit basis and may be subject to additional costs, including a one time onboarding fee of $99.00. All packages will include access to Buildium, and an assessment to determine how you can increase income and decrease expenses at your property.
